Kids Couture Club - Returns Policy

At Kids Couture Club, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to make the returns process as smooth as possible. Our returns policy is tailored to ensure that our customers receive the best service.

Return Eligibility:

  • We accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging. However, please note that we only accept returns if there is a fault with the item. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as customer changes of mind or exchanges.

Faulty Items:

  • If an item is damaged or defective, customers must notify us within 5 business days. Upon approval of the claim, we will promptly replace the damaged item at no additional cost to the customer.

Return Process:

  • To initiate a return due to a product fault, customers must contact our customer support team with evidence, such as photos of the issue.
  • Once the return is approved, customers must ship the item back to us within the specified timeframe.
  • Return shipping for faulty items is the responsibility of Kids Couture Club.

Refunds and Processing Time:

  • Refunds for returned faulty items are processed back to the original form of payment.
  • Processing time for returns is typically 5-7 business days after we receive the returned package.
  • Customers will be notified via email once the return has been processed, confirming the actions taken.

 

Additional Notes:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than product faults.
  • We reserve the right to update our returns policy as necessary, and any changes will be communicated to our customers promptly.
