Shipping Policy
Delivery: Where and When
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday WORLDWIDE according to the stipulated working hours of delivery in each country. No deliveries are made on weekends or during local holidays.
Deliveries occur during office hours. Therefore, to facilitate prompt delivery, customers are encouraged to use their work addresses or other addresses where someone is available to receive the package.
Delivery Timeframe
Orders are usually delivered within 5 to 10 days and typically meet the deadline. However, Kids Couture Club cannot guarantee timeliness, though all orders will be delivered within 30 days of order confirmation at the latest. Once the order is shipped, the customer receives an email notification with the expected delivery date.
If the customer provides an incorrect address or ZIP code, Kids Couture Club is not liable for the successful delivery, as it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all information is accurate. In the event of incorrect information, Kids Couture Club is not liable to provide a replacement product.
Verification of Receipt
Customers must check the status of the package upon delivery. If the packaging is damaged, the customer should not accept the delivery. The purchase amount and shipping costs will be reimbursed to the customer once Kids Couture Club processes the returned products. Kids Couture Club requires delivery verification within a reasonable time after receipt. If no issues are reported within 30 days of delivery, Kids Couture Club will consider the order accepted. This does not affect the customer's right of return or exchange as provided in the next section below.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges apply to each order. The exact cost depends on the destination country and may be subject to customs fees. Kids Couture Club is not responsible for additional charges such as customs duties or taxes; this is the responsibility of the customer. Under no circumstances do we ship to areas requiring customs duties. The delivery charge varies depending on order volume and is automatically calculated before payment.
Return & Exchange Policy
Return of Non-compliant/Cancelled Orders
Customers are entitled to return defective or non-compliant products. Customers have 1 month from the time of detecting a non-compliant product to inform Kids Couture Club and return the product. If the return is due to a defect or non-compliance, Kids Couture Club will accept the return and refund the product value within thirty (30) days of receiving the returned item. Orders may be canceled if the item has not been personalized and has not been shipped. However, personalized items cannot be canceled if they have already been completed by our embroidery team. This is without prejudice to the customer’s rights under existing consumer protection laws.
Returning Products for Any Reason (Right of Revocation)
If customers are not satisfied with their purchase, they have 14 calendar days from the delivery date to return the product with an explanation. The product must be returned in its original condition, not washed or used, with all labels intact and attached. The product must be complete (e.g., both items in a pair must be returned together). Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. The product must be returned in its original packaging with tags attached, along with the relevant return note. Upon satisfactory inspection of the returned merchandise, Kids Couture Club will refund the product price within thirty (30) days of receiving the notice of return and order cancellation. Shipping costs are non-refundable (except in cases of incorrect or defective items); the customer must also bear the return shipping costs.
Kids Couture Club does not provide free return labels; customers are responsible for return postage. We recommend purchasing a tracked shipping service for returns to avoid lost items. Returned items remain the customer’s responsibility until they arrive at our facility. Please ensure you obtain proof of postage from the courier in case you need to contact us or if your return is lost in transit.
If an order is lost in transit and there is no sufficient proof of postage, we cannot process return requests. However, if you provide a postage receipt or a tracking number, we will issue Kids Couture Club store credit.
Returning Faulty Items
We apologize if you have received a faulty item. If you believe your item is faulty, please send a clear image of the item with an explanation of the fault and proof of purchase to support@kidscoutureclub.com within 28 days of purchase. Once we confirm the item is faulty, a fixed or new item will be sent to you free of charge, or we can process a full refund if requested. We may require you to return the item to us; in this case, we will send you a free return label. Faulty items will only be accepted if the goods are delivered to the customer damaged or if there is a manufacturing fault within 1 month of delivery. Items damaged by fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Return of Personalized Products
According to The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, tailor-made or personalized goods are excluded from this legislation. Therefore, we do not accept returns or refunds on personalized items unless they are damaged.
Exchange of Products
Currently, products cannot be exchanged. To obtain a product in another color or size, the customer must return the original item and place a new order through the Kids Couture Club website.
Gift Returns
To return a product received as a gift, the recipient must contact the gift giver and ask them to follow the return procedure. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Kids Couture Club will not process refunds until the returned product has been received and inspected. Once verified, refunds will be issued within thirty (30) days of receiving the returned product.
